We are all aware of the recent onset of armyworm infestations. This situation can present many challenges not only to your yards but to our common areas as well. We will do our best to treat these invasive pests while staying within the confines of our 2024 budget. Please check your yards with some warm water & dish soap, they will quickly rise to the surface & then you can treat accordingly. There are natural solutions available in addition to spray & granule insecticides. Try to choose a product that treats a variety of invasive pests.
