Pool Passes
– Access to both swimming pools, during operating hours, are included in the annual dues. –

Your Fob is used to gain access into either swimming pool. Replacement fobs can be purchased for $30 each, through Cusick at the clubhouse, if needed.
In order to utilize the pools your dues must be paid in full. Lifeguards are provided with an entry list.

Please bring your Fob & ID to each pool visit. Dues must be paid in full for access.
––– Guests –––
Residents have the ability to purchase guest passes for your guests.
Guest passes must be purchased in advance (lifeguards do not have these for purchase at the pool). – Passes are $20 for 10-individual-entries (i.e. $2/person/visit).

Frequently Asked Questions
(Access) – What if my dues aren't paid in full?
In order to utilize the pools your dues must be paid in full.
(Fob) – What if I forgot my fob or ID?
Your fob is your entry inside the gate to both the Sports Club and Clubhouse pool. Your ID is used to verify your residency. Lifeguards and On-Duty Attendees are not permitted to open the gates.
(Fob) – How to Replace Broken or Lost Cards/Fobs
Replacements are $30 each. Notify our on-site representative at 704.684.0105, brandonoaks@cusickcompany.com, or stop by Clubhouse to purchase.
Lifeguards / On-Duty Attendants are not permitted to open the gate; you will need your fob to enter both pools and the Tennis courts.
(Fob) – Do I need a new fob each year?
No; Fobs do not expire.
If you have an active fob, it will still work and there is no need for an updated one.
However, if you need a replacement due to breakage or lost/stolen, replacement fobs are available for sale ($30 each, at the Clubhouse through Cusick).
(Guest Passes) – How many guests can I bring?
You must have guest passes in advance to bring guests (Lifeguards will not have these on-site).
Anyone other than your immediate family members living with you must be issued a guest pass (lifeguards do not have guest passes). Guests will be limited to 4 guests passes per household per visit. Guests will follow all Brandon Oaks pool rules.
Guests that live more than 50 miles from Brandon Oaks are exempt from the guest fee. All other rules and restrictions still apply.
A resident of the home must always remain with their guests. Guests cannot come to the pool alone or remain if the resident leaves the pool area.
All guests must have a Guest Pass (punch card).
Guest passes do not expire; so stock up and use them again next year if unused this year.
(Guest Passes) – What is the cost of guest passes?
Cost will be $20.00 per card with 10 uses per card (1 punch for each guest). Cash (exact amount) or Check (payable to Brandon Oaks HOA).
Guest passes do not expire; if you do not use them all this year, they will work for the following year.
(Guest Passes) – Where can I purchase guest passes?
Guest passes can be purchased at the Clubhouse, during managing hours. They are $20e for 10 punches ($2/punch per guest).
Payment is Exact Cash or a Check (made out to Brandon Oaks HOA).

(Guest Passes) – Do guest passes expire?
Nope! Guest passes do not expire; purchase extra, and save your unused slots for next year. Guest Passes lost, stolen or damaged cannot be replaced!!! Treat it like cash!
(New Homeowner) – I just moved here, and I never got a fob/card?
If you've recently moved here, and the previous owners did not leave the keycards/fobs behind for you, you'll need to purchase your own. $30ea.

If you are a new homeowner, and the previous homeowner did not leave the fobs for you, they will need to be re-purchased through Cusick – Replacements are $30 each.
