Our Committees

All of the committees, including the board members, are residents of Brandon Oaks that volunteer their time, energy, and skillsets back into the community.

Interested in joining a committee? Please email zheard@camsmgt.com with your contact information and which committee you would like to be a part of.

  • Parks & Landscaping

Pair text with an image to focus on your chosen product, collection, or blog post. Add details on availability, style, or even provide a review.

    – [Chairperson Denny Mathias]

  • Beautification

A sub-committee of the Landscaping committee is our Beautification committee. This committee creates little patches of florals and happiness at select corners of the community. Featuring a sign for each volunteer at their spot. – [Chairperson Tom Charping]

  • Architectural Review (ARC)

The Architectural Review Committee oversees the ARC requests for the community. From installing a new fence, to making an addition to your home, to installing new windows or doors, and more. – [Chairperson: Norm Davis]

  • Social

The social committee is a group of wonderful, energetic volunteers that are eager to add fun events to the calendar year. They handle the pool parties, fall festival, bi-annual yard sales, bi-annual craft fairs, annual Easter Egg hunt, and more. – [Chairperson: Michelle Talavera]

  • Courts

Our courts committee oversees the Pickleball, Tennis, Basketball, and Sand-Volleyball courts. – [Chairperson: Chris Stoker]

  • Public Safety

The public safety committee provides reports on incidents that occur in the neighborhood (such as speeding tickets, arrests, etc.), as well as arranges and schedules the off-duty patrol. – [Chairperson Jordan Toledo]

  • Pool

The pool committee, naturally, handles the two swimming pools that are found in our community. The Sports Club pool has three mushroom waterfalls and a waterslide, whereas the Clubhouse pool hosts the swim meets. – [Chairperson Michael Rivera]

  • Swim Team

Your neighborhood swim team is officially known as the Brandon Oaks Sharks! We have no tryouts for our team, but we do require our swimmers to be able to swim the 25-meter pool without assistance after the first week of practice. Our team is for swimmers ages 4-18.

  • Welcome

The Welcome Committee drops off a small welcome gift as a token of welcome to the neighborhood! While the gifts inside vary, they typically range with local coupons, vendor information, community information, and more. – [Chairperson Krissy Dimeo]

  • Communication

The Communication Committee handles the communication for residents, which is broken down into the website and newsletter. – [Chairperson Sandy Sowder]
