The Brandon Oaks Clubhouse is available for rent. The cost is $75 with a $300 deposit.

Please email our on-site manager (zheard@camsmgt.com) for the agreement, or to submit your completed agreement. The facility is not reserved until both checks and the signed agreement are received. Renting the Clubhouse does not give you access to the pool. Your guests that are Brandon Oaks residents can, of course, use the pool when it is open. Guests that do not live in Brandon Oaks are subject to the Pool Guest policy (4 guests per home, guest pass card).

There is no rentable or reserved space at either pool.
