Our neighborhood does have a HOA (Home Owners Association) that strives to ensure a clean, proper neighborhood that is enjoyable for families of all ages. Our dues are yearly and include all of our amenities (swimming pools included). We have 66 Patio Homes (select homes located in The Gardens have a second HOA due for the included landscaping services for the non-fenced in areas.
