The landscaper that services Brandon Oaks, and the Gardens, was Cameron's Inc.
Cameron sold his company to Bland Landscaping earlier this year (Brandon Oaks was not consulted in this change, nor given any notice prior to the acquisition). Our contract remains intact and we were assured no changes in their service/commitments to our community would occur. Cameron’s crew was transferred to Bland, the contracts carried over to them and there has been no change from our perspective except for the name of the company. This information was shared with the community in the February Open Board Meeting.
Think of it as simply a name change. They will still continue to fulfill the contract through the remainder of 2024.

A location is required, but photos are strongly encouraged to help us identify the area and to have documented proof when reaching out to Bland's about their work in our community.
